I am down 6.5 pounds in one month on your plan. I just Took after measurements after 1 month and the most difference is my lower stomach, I lost 2” in that area.
Before I started your plan I was tipping the scale almost 150. So overall in a matter of 5 weeks I have lost 8lb. I am so happy with these results. My first goal of 140 is around the corner and so is my Goal weight of 138.
I fell a little off track this week on some sweets. But now that it’s out of my system I want to be very strict for the next 2 weeks.
I don’t see much of a difference on my back, but maybe I have to be better with strength training.
Overall I am so happy and thankful for your help on getting my body back! ??
