Thank you for sharing (again). I’m fighting those cravings now. I think about it for a minute, ignore and they are forgotten and of course I feel better for not giving into temptation and for not sabotaging my hard work. It’s a daily battle but I’m getting stronger, physically and mentally!!!

I am down 6.5 pounds in one month on your plan. I just Took after measurements after 1 month and the most difference is my lower stomach, I lost 2” in that area.

Before I started your plan I was tipping the scale almost 150. So overall in a matter of 5 weeks I have lost 8lb. I am so happy with these results. My first goal of 140 is around the corner and so is my Goal weight of 138.

I fell a little off track this week on some sweets. But now that it’s out of my system I want to be very strict for the next 2 weeks.

I don’t see much of a difference on my back, but maybe I have to be better with strength training.

Overall I am so happy and thankful for your help on getting my body back! ??


If it wasn’t for me following your account, I don’t think I would have lost the weight that I did, or hired a trainer to do a competition. You’ve said many times “if I can do it, you can do it too”… you were absolutely right! Just like Bella being your inspiration, you’ve been mine. This is going to sound super corny but I hope one day I’m able to meet you, you’re truly a inspiration (…).

Amazing story. Thank you so much for sharing. I’ve been reading you for a few months now, but I still haven’t got that focus you do. Started swimming classes 4 weeks ago, but during carnival I had this swelling feet and legs because of my weight and water retention… I keep trying every week to stop sabotaging me, I don’t know what to do. But anyway you’re so brave, thank you so much for everything.
