It’s week two and Camila is going strong! She’s 1.5 pounds down and getting into the groove of her new routine!

LAST WEEK’S WEIGHT: 157.4 lbs

CURRENT WEIGHT: 156 lbs

WAIST: 84 cm

BIGGEST HIGH: “The most enjoyable thing about the diet was the food. I love to eat. I only know it’s diet because I eliminated all sweets  (because I chose a restricted diet), but I love every meal!”

BIGGEST LOW: “What was more difficult was getting into the routine of working out. I worked out one day and I was dead, the next day, I was super sore (but I like this pain).”

ALTOS: “O mais prazeroso da dieta foi a comida. Tenho prazer em comer. Só sei que é dieta pela proibição de doces (pq eu escolhi restrita), mas amo todas as refeições!”

BAIXOS: O que foi mais difícil foi entrar no ritmo para malhar. Malhei um dia e fiquei morta, no dia seguinte, fiquei toda dolorida (mas até que eu gosto dessa dor).”
