Thank you for sharing (again). I´m fighting those cravings now. I think about it for a minute, ignore and they are forgotten and of course I feel better for not giving into temptation and for not sabotaging my hard work. It´s a daily battle but I´m getting stronger, physically and mentally!!!

Amazing story. Thank you so much for sharing. I´ve been reading you for a few months now, but I still haven´t got that focus you do. Started swimming classes 4 weeks ago, but during carnival I had this swelling feet and legs because of my weight and water retention… I keep trying every week to stop sabotaging me, I don´t know what to do. But anyway you`re so brave, thank you so much for everything.
